What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. Once the app launches, we'll collect what's needed to operate the marketplace: your name, contact details, service location, and — for Friendlies — identity and credential information required for verification.
How we use it
- To notify you when Friendly Request launches in your area
- To match Requesters and Friendlies by service category and location
- To verify Friendly identity and credentials through a third-party verification partner
- To keep the platform safe — preventing fraud, abuse, and spam
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers
- We don't share a Requester's contact details with a Friendly until a quote is formally accepted
- We don't require payment information to join the waitlist
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time. Once the app is live, you'll be able to access, update, or delete your account information directly from your profile, or by contacting us below.
Data security
Personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Sensitive contact information is masked at the server level — not just hidden in the interface — until a request reaches accepted status.
